Anna Weinstein · Jungian Psychologist
Anna works with dreams, shadow material and the symbolic life. A quiet Jungian practice in Vienna — for adults, groups, and corporate clients who want depth, not quick answers.
I trained in analytical psychology after a decade in clinical practice, and I have kept the same commitment since: the psyche is not a problem to be corrected, but an intelligence to be listened to.
My room is deliberately quiet. Nothing is diagnosed at you. We move at the pace your material allows, and I hold the frame carefully so that difficult things can be spoken without consequence.
A visual preview of the methodologies Anna works with.
Meeting the disowned parts of the self with steadiness, until fear becomes fuel.
02Reading the nightly language of the psyche — images, motifs and recurring rooms.
03Long-form depth work tracing complexes to their root and their gift.
04Giving inner voices a stage, so what was abstract can finally be lived.
An individual session with Anna is a fifty-minute meeting, weekly, in which we slow time down enough to look at whatever is actually present. The work may begin with a particular question, a recurring dream, a feeling that won't lift, or simply the sense that life is going on around you rather than through you.
In session we work with what arrives — not toward a pre-set goal. Anna's role is to listen deeply and, when appropriate, to amplify or interpret. The client's role is to bring what is honest. Anna takes care of the frame.
Some material only reveals itself in the presence of others.
Anna also works with businesses, corporate teams, leadership teams, executives, and groups of employees.
Why recurring architecture in dreams maps the structure of the psyche.
Projection as a reliable compass toward unlived parts of the self.
Archetypes as encounters rather than personality categories.
